The Seaside High School Drumline has been invited to perform at upcoming Monterey Bay FC home matches on March 7 and March 14, bringing their high-energy beat and school spirit to the professional soccer stage.
Known throughout the region as a top-notch ensemble and consistent crowd favorite at local school games and community events, the Seaside High Drumline will join Monterey Bay FC’s supporter section to help power the in-game atmosphere with live percussion throughout the match.
The invitation reflects both the talent of Seaside High’s student musicians and the school’s deep commitment to community engagement. Seaside High School takes pride in giving back and showing up for the community that supports its students, and this performance is one more way the Spartans are making their mark beyond campus.
“This is an incredible opportunity for our students to showcase their talent on a professional stage,” said Andrew Aguiniga, Principal, Seaside High School. “Our drumline represents the pride, discipline, and heart of Seaside High. “They are a true crowd-pleaser, but more importantly, they embody our commitment to community. We are grateful to Monterey Bay FC for welcoming our students and allowing them to be part of such an exciting experience.”
“We are thrilled to welcome the Seaside High School Drumline to our home matches on March 7 and March 14,” said Michael Sheehan, CEO of Monterey Bay FC. “We look forward to the energy and spirit they will bring to our supporter section and to celebrating the strong connection between our club and the local community.”
