At MPUSD, we value your honest feedback to help us improve our schools and better support our students. We have partnered with YouthTruth—a national nonprofit organization—to conduct an anonymous family survey.

Survey Details
- What it is: A brief, 10 to 15-minute anonymous survey about your experience with our school's culture, safety, communication, and learning environment.
- Deadline: Please complete the survey by October 30th.
- Where to take it: ytsurvey.org/mpusdfamily26
Important Notes
- Your responses are anonymous: Your individual answers will not be tied to your name. YouthTruth combines all family responses into summary reports for our school leadership.
- One submission per student: We ask that one adult family member fill out the survey. (If you have children at multiple schools, you may complete a survey for each school.)
- Complete in one sitting: Please note that the online survey cannot be saved and finished later.
- Once you complete the survey, you may text a screenshot of your confirmation page along with your name and student's name to 831-236-0567 to enter a raffle to win a SHS sweatshirt or a $100 gift card!
Your voice directly helps us celebrate what is working well and identify areas where we can grow. Last year 11% of our families completed the survey; our goal this year is to double that and have 22% respond! Thanks for helping us reach our goal.
