Seaside High School Policies & Procedures


Welcome to the 2026-27 school year at Seaside High School! We want to build on our positive momentum from last school year therefore we are sharing some of our policies and procedures so that we are clear. Your student’s safety is our highest priority. We hold high expectations for our students and staff and aim to hold all Spartans-students and staff-accountable to each other. These high expectations along with a culture of caring, respect, and collaboration will help us start the school year strong. 


In this message, you will find videos about these policies and procedures, which we will also teach these and other school-wide expectations during the first week of school. Please review with your student so they also know what to expect and we can be common in our messaging.

Cell Phone Policy

First Time

Second Time

Fourth Time

If a student has their cell phone out during instructional time,

  • Give it to the teacher and will get back at the end of class

  • If not given to teacher, someone from RESET and phone will be picked up at end of the school day in H-4

If a student has their cell phone out a second time,

  • Give it to the teacher

  • Someone will bring it to RESET

  • Phone will be picked up at end of the school day in H-4

If a student has their cell phone out a third time,

  • Give it to the teacher

  • Someone will bring it to RESET

  • Phone must be picked up by a parent/guardian at end of the school day in H-4

If a student has their cell phone out a fourth time,

  • Give it to the teacher

  • Someone will bring it to RESET

  • Phone will be turned in at the beginning of the school day and picked up at the end of the day
